The film festival is a great opportunity, not only for Indonesian filmmakers, but all film makers in the United States who are interested in learning about Indonesia's nature and culture.

The film discussion is also an important part of the festival offering an opportunity to learn from the established Indonesian filmmakers and representatives of the Indonesian government about the opportunities and processes to make movies in Indonesia.
